POF.com Review: One Crappy Excuse of a Matchmaking Site Overall

We really found ourselves constantly baffled about POF.com. What does that even stand for, anyway? We honestly couldn’t find that anywhere on this particular site. It was strange. Everything about this site is kind of disconcerting, honestly. The more time we spent here, the more we found ourselves pretty unable to find anything close to a match. This is because most of the people accessing this site aren’t even looking for someone to date. They’re mostly looking for friends, which honestly isn’t our end game. That aside, you’re also just not going to end up finding a very serious crowd here. It’s mostly just younger people that aren’t very serious about any sort of dating in the future. That’s disappointing. We were also disappointed by not just the crowds, but by the layout. It clearly was made years ago, and simply hasn’t been updated during that entire time. It’s no good. We were very put off by this. This entire site looks like it was haphazardly put together, and without any sort of care. That’s not something that makes us want to stick around.
